I feel that Mr. Skrecky needs to do a bit more to make himself clear.
Frankly I am not entirely sure that he's serious, or, if he is, I'm not
sure what he's talking about. A word rhyming with "chit" could I suppose
be "shit," although it's hard to imagine someone other than Senator James
Exon finding this offensive. But a word rhyming with "rule"? Mule, gruel,
yule ... what could it possibly be? 

During the first rush of online outrage re Exon's amendment, it was
suggested on some Usenet groups that the word "exon" could be used as a
substitute for--er--a four-letter word commonly used in reference to
sexual intercourse. I suppose we could follow a similar system here. The
word "cosenza" could be used as a synonym for some suitable bodily
excretion, for instance (unless David objects). 

David Cosenza writes:
