You do NOT describe neuropreservation as freezing of the head. You first prime your audience with a review of the kind of medical technology cryonics will require to work (aging reversal, cell repair, tissue regeneration, the works). If you still have their ear after that preamble, you then introduce neuropreservation as freezing of THE BRAIN. Later, during nitty-gritty discussions of how the brain is removed (if they ask), you can mention that it is removed with the head still around it for protection. Neuropreservation in its most basic essence *is* brain freezing, not head freezing, and that is how it should be presented. *************************************************************************** Brian Wowk CryoCare Foundation 1-800-TOP-CARE President Your Gateway to the Future http://www.cryocare.org/cryocare/ Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=5568
