Could you please provide publication data for the Kaufmann article/book?

I can't follow this part; you didn't mention "networks" before. The idea
sounds intriguing; that's why I want to see the publication.

I personally think that brainstorming is an excellent idea here. It can
bring out some of the potential of this kind of "virtual community". I
suspect we have a lot of talent under the hood in this mailing list.
