I refer you to the article by Daryl Bem and Charles Honorton(now
deceased) entitled "Does PSI Exist? Replicable Evidence for an Anomalous
process of Information Transfer" (Psychological Bulletin 1994,
Vol.115,No.1:4-18). PSI skeptic Ray Hyman discusses with some respect
these apparently high quality automated ganzfeld experiments on pages
19-24 of the same journal issue. Another discussion was featured in the
May 1993 issue of New Scientist.
These experiments are a dramatic improvement over earlier ones in that
they were designed to satisfy the technical demands of PSI skeptics.
Since the results were positive skeptics have no explanation consistent
with their beliefs. I am optimistic that over the next 20 years the
existence or nonexistance of PSI will be definitively established by
 similar experiments.
