I saw the end of a news item on television today which went something like this:

"Multimillionaire Dart thinks he has found a way to avoid death taxes. He
plans to have his brain kept alive so that he can not be declared dead.
He plans to spend millions of dollars in research to achieve this goal"

Does anyone know any more about this story ?.
Did I get it right or did I misunderstand ?.
If it's true, isn't this something that Cryonics should get involved in ?.
