The Prometheus Project:

     Fully perfected suspended animation within 20 years.

Pledges Bust Through the One Third Mark!

     The Prometheus Project pledge total is now $340,100 per year for ten
years. A $10,000 per year pledge from Kennita Watson propelled us through the
one third level. Many, many thanks to Kennita for her interest from the
beginning and for this magnificent pledge. I expect to get a statement later
from Kennita on why she thinks that the Prometheus Project may be worthy of
such a large cash input from her.

     Very shortly after Kennita's pledge, I received a confidential pledge of
$1,000 per year and then today Ravin Jain called to increase his pledge by
$500 to $1500 per year. It has been an excellent week and the A4M conference
is still to come.

     I will be at the A4M conference sharing one of the Life Extension
Foundation Booths, with a large Prometheus Project banner and lots of
literature handouts. I hope to get many people there interested in the
Project. If any readers are attending please drop by the booth or come to the
LEF hospitality suite to talk about the Project.

Pledge Campaign Statistics

     The pledge totals in each dollar level are now:

          3 for $50,000 per year for 10 years,
          10 for $10,000 per year for 10 years,
          7 for $5,000 per year for 10 years,
          1 for $4,000 per year for 10 years,
          1 for $2,500 per year for 10 years,
          6 for $2,000 per year for 10 years,
          4 for $1,500 per year for 10 years,
          3 for $1,200 per year for 10 years ($100 per month),
          27 for $1,000 per year for 10 years,

The 62 pledges total $3,401,000 over all ten years.
43% of the pledgers having pledged 15% of the total are not signed up with
any cryonics organization.
