Subject: Can fluorocarbon enter cells?

Date sent: 23-FEB-1997 13:07:34

Fluorocarbon has been developed as a blood substitute quiete a while ago.
As far as I recall it is restricted to the capillaries. Correct me if I
am wrong. If not so, what is the equilibrium contant (K) between the
cytoplasm and FCB.
