Subject: FCB not in the cells?

Date sent: 26-FEB-1997 11:05:34

If FCB does not enter the cell does that means one would need a
cryoprotectant soluble in FCB and water to prevent freezing in
the cells? It would be similar to a chemical that is soluble in
water and oil!
