The factor that was settled on was 14x current levels. That would give us 4,200 members and a patient care fund of about $14 million. This starts to become an interesting target amount for the unscrupulous. It might be a good idea for us to start auditing our books on a yearly basis so that the look of the organization is even cleaner than it would have to be for a "normal" business this size. Everything for a small business is expensive. Some things are more valuable than others. Appearances are really important in a service industry that desires contributions. My best as always, Michael Paulle Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=789
