A second to Michael Price's call for *immediate* reports of Board
actions on the net. Official minutes would be preferable, but if that
is impossible, a precis by any Board member would be worthwhile. It is
irritating to hear everything first through Michael Paulle's sieve -
as though I had to subscribe to Pravda to find out what Congress was
doing - but, though Paulle is a lousy reporter, it is NOT his fault that
he is the first one online with news.
