On the basis that few will opt for cryonics until it has been proven to 
work, those that are cryopreserved with hope rather than proof will remain 
an insignificant number. Once cryonics has been provben to work, death will 
be optional for most people anyway because the technical problems with 
keeping someone alive and healthy indefinitely are less than those with 
regarding to reviving cryonics people. Yes, it may be a small step between 
one and the other, but it is extremely unlikely that revival will be 
possible before aging and disease are eliminated form the human condition.
