Subject: A CORRECTION

In a previous message I made a big blunder. I stated that the Oregon law
did not specifically forbid lethal injections, and did not say anything at
all about lethal injections.

In fact, here is what the law does say:

Section 3.14: Construction of the Act
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize a physician or any
other person to end a patient's life by lethal injection, mercy killing or
active euthanasia.

Whether a physician could prescribe a lethal medication for self-injection
by a patient is pretty fuzzy at this point.

Apologies for the error.
