ACS is very proud to announce we are now publishing excerpts from
Periastron, a highly technical newsletter of "Fact, hypothesis,
and speculation," published by noted author Thomas Donaldson.

We are starting with the entire May 1997 issue.  In the near
future, we home to publish a complete index, and excerpts from
both past and future issues.

Thomas Donaldson has been involved with cryonics, and
writing for cryonics, very actively, since 1975. He founded
the Australian Cryonics Society, which still exists (and
has even grown a bit since he left Australia). Thomas has
been pushing for more scientific research in cryonics almost
from the moment he joined up.

Thomas is the author of a published book, A GUIDE TO ANTIAGING
DRUGS.

He has also written several science articles published in
Analog science fiction magazine.
