 A short article in the February 11, 1998 issue of the Globe & Mail
 newspaper mentioned that a specimen of the influenza virus that killed 21
 million poeple in the worldwide epidemic of 1918 has been recovered from
 the frozen remains of a flu victum buried in Alaska.
