Without > going into lots of details, I will note that there is NO case in which > the government simply allows some traditional organization to continue --- Thomas this statement is absurd, most of our statutory law is based on "maxims of law" which is derived from the scripture. There are hundreds of Trust in existence that the government doesn't know exist at all, most of which are based on the Common Law of the Land, which in its essence, is Gods Law. I have been involved in quite a few Trusts and have researched many others for years. Many, churches that existed in the early part of the century before corporations were popular are not incorporated. Again, this is where you are extremely ignorant and blabbing things that you have no knowledge. For what reason, or what you hope to gain I don't know. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean they don't exist. Do some research before you open your big mouth. > not that cryonics or organizations raising money for cryonics can be seen > as traditional! But everything has to have its special papers, according to you... You are all knowing... and of course your advice is dependable and credible...more than mine. What is your background in law... Please edify for our readers so that we might trust your bold and arrogant statements. > each with their special form. Even Indian tribes have to do this. > > I am not arguing about what should be but what is. And I will go on from there > to say that if this is the kind of law the Hardy's are using for Prometheus, Here again thomas you are speaking from a blank place in your head, you said you read the documents that Paul and We devised, did you see this kind of Law implied or talked about there, here you go again with your presumptuous nature, or maybe its just real short term memory. As usual you speak before you look or think. > I think Paul should get another lawyer. I have never stated myself as a lawyer, you have been told this so many times, I guess this is related to your short term memory again. > Ideally, he should get a lawyer from > among those who pledged (rates should be lower). Not one lawyer that I know of has offered to give any of his time for anything. I contributed months of time without charge, its far more than you pledged to the PP, here again you are trying to make yourself look superior. But all you can say for yourself is talk, where's the action. > Some may argue that such arrangements should be permitted. While I am willing > to listen to them as an abstract point, which is all they were stated as. > I do not want my money or my hopes > for research in cryonics to become part of an unrelated movement to change > the rules by which the Federal and State governments operate. This was never the effort or direction or even interest for my comments. Here again you are being so very presumptuous and adding intent that was never there or even thought of. Obliviously this intent is what is coming from your own heart. Thomas you must be hell to live with, everything your mate would say to you, you would add your own meaning to it and tell all your friends all about it, without regard for the truth or your mates feelings. How can you be a scientist, you have no clue of what are facts or fiction, and your memory is so short term, you cannot even get your facts straight regarding a document that has been in front of you for 6 months. So much of what you say is taken out of context, what does this say about your scientific notes. > I did not give my money for that purpose. Who knows what you gave your money for, it seems ego. All you want to do is argue and talk down about people. My comments on this forum were innocent and didn't have anything to do with PP or any other cryonics or suspended animation project. It was only a suggestion to stimulate another poster to look at other options for their questions. And here you go and apply those comments to everything. else that has been done by myself as a gift to PP and the movement, where is the gratitude for that, the fact is you couldn't give a rip. For those who are inerested, these idea's were not used in the trusts that were proposed for PP. Now I see why Paul Wakfer gets so frustrated with you cryonics bench sitters. My interest in posting was not to get into a debating match, or name calling games you so much like to play. I thought this was possibly a forum where a person could give his comments or imput without being barraged with criticisms. No wonder people who have money or wealth don't want anything to do with your group. All you can do is bicker. Who wants to be involved with this kind of movement or group. Its no wonder you as a group have accomplished so little in so long of a time. Thomas, I wonder how you come up with such good idea's sometimes, because you are so off the wall other times. I regret that I bothered communicating on this forum. Its not worth the mental effort to participate in this babble box. Forget I commented on the subject, it was stupid of me, I should have known better. Allen Hardy Rate This Message: http://www.cryonet.org/cgi-bin/rate.cgi?msg=9215
