Sorry about your problem, but it is one we all face in one way or 
another, though not always so urgently.

Perhaps you have access to the Web and have already searched under 
"cryonics." There you will find out about the different 
organizations. Some have lower prices than others, but you also have 
to take into account possible hidden expenses such as transport of 
the patient to the place they will be frozen and stored, and also 
what quality of suspension is being offered. I would contact several 
organizations, check them out or "kick the tires" as we say, by 
analogy with purchasing an automobile. I don't know 
of any way to "continue" a pension for someone after they are frozen 
and reanimated, but I wouldn't worry about this so much. Survival is 
the main concern, and if this occurs at all, the patient ought to be 
in perfect health, with aging eliminated, which is saying quite a lot.
