Subject: project funding

Congratulations to Paul Wakfer (#9388) on progress in the hippocampal slice
project. 

My main question at the moment is this: Apparently INC needs around $74,000
and has around $30,000. Does this mean the project's fate hinges on raising
the difference? Is there a deadline?
