Subject: Freezing Process

Most of the discussion of this mailing list I have observed is to either blame
each other for failures or to talk about the future of technology to reverse
the damage of the freezing process. My question is, what research is
currently being done to create freezing processes that lessens or eliminates
the damage to freezing thus making the dependence on the future not needed?
The current process seems to be archaic at best and it causes significant
damage, the process it self (freezing agents, speed of) must be changed
radically.
