Graeme Warren's letter (about reviving frozen people) ends with " let the dead
rest in peace."

The dead do not rest. Resting is an ACTIVE process. The truly (permanently)
dead will never feel at peace, or anything at all.

Warren also asks, who in the future will want to revive those people? Answer:
their cryonics organizations, which are legally and morally bound to do so;
and their relatives and friends, some of whom will have been revived earlier,
and some of whom may still be living.
