Here's the one week reminder, for people that have that particular
planning horizon.

There will be an Alcor Northern California meeting September 14, at
4pm, followed by a potluck dinner and socializing.  The meeting is at

Here's a tentative agenda for the meeting:

1. Whether and how to proselytize cryonics locally.
2. The upcoming ACT training in Arizona.
3. Why Alcor's personnel turnover rate has been huge lately, and what to
   do about it.  (This is an important problem but I don't see how to
   get much traction on it.  Maybe someone else will.) 
4. What life extension techniques people are practicing.

Please help me by proposing other agenda items. 

As usual, we'll have witnesses on-hand for cryonics paperwork and
ingredients for laminated wallet-sized certificate of religious belief
cards to tape to your driver's license.
