If that is the case (i.e., Paul Pagnato is not an active subscriber but
a passive spam conduit), Kevin ought to just delete his name without
prejudice or guilt.  can we then deep-six the ratings (which to my mind
just add 2 lines of cruft to each digest message)?  I can hope....
