Subject: Timothy Leary on Comedy Central

I'm sure many sci.cryonics readers have seen this, but I thought I'd
mention it for those who haven't:

Comedy Central, the cable channel, has been airing a short spot with Dr.
Leary which looks fairly recent. He is shown standing with something
looking roughly like a diving helmet and he says,

"I'm Timothy Leary, and, I'm not dead.  Matter of fact, I have no
intention of dying. [lifts up "helmet"]  When I choose, I'm going to
have my brain transplanted into this brain bank.  And I'll come back in
the body I choose, when I choose.

"Next time, my contract says, I'll come back as either an oriental or
black woman.  When? I'm not going to be brought back during a Republican
administration."

The spot is well done, and puts a good light on cryonics, in my opinion.
Too bad he didn't follow through.
